I work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to design and deliver dishes that meet the expectations of both local and international guests. My Resp: Take charge of the Pan Asian section and prepare dishes according to authentic recipes and modern techniques. Handle mise en place, cooking, and plating for items such as dim sums, sushi, noodles, stir-fries, curries, and wok-based dishes. Ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of specialty ingredients such as seafood, sauces, and exotic vegetables. Maintain proper kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in compliance with HACCP and hotel standards. Guide and train junior chefs and Commis in Asian culinary techniques and flavor balance. Assist in menu planning, seasonal specials, and presentation enhancements for Pan Asian offerings. Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth and timely execution of orders. Monitor inventory specific to the Pan Asian kitchen and assist with procurement needs. My Strengths: Specialized skills in Thai,Chinese,Japanese, and fusion Asian cuisine.
