- About Myself: Daily record of guest check-in & check-out, Guest food & room service update in computer application “MENSON”. Daily feedback to be taken from front desk staff & housekeeping staff regarding guest complain & maintenance issues to be resolve on immediate basis. Daily guest visit (booking & reservation) & collection to be update to Management. Filling documents of guest food bill & room service according to the room nos. and need to collect the funds from guest without fail during check-out. Online vendor (Make my trip, Ibibo.com, etc,) record to be updated in software application in system. Housekeeping staff service room & check out room cleanliness records to be update daily basis.Coordinate with Site supervisor regarding daily deployment count and absent list record to be maintained. Issue warning letter/ penalty letter to respective employee according to the default. To prepare attendance records as per details provided by Supervisors in Excel, rechecking of attendance with scan copy of attendance register. Bills creation considering the duties performed by skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled employees. Liaising with accounts team for recovery from Employees
