Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage stock levels and ordering supplies.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Create staff schedules and handle labor budgets.
Motivate team members to meet performance goals.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and feedback.
Implement strategies to improve customer service.
Financial Management:
Manage the store's budget and financial records.
Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
Control costs to maximize profitability.
Marketing and Promotions:
Implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage in local store marketing to boost sales.
Quality Control:
Ensure products meet quality standards.
Monitor food preparation methods for compliance.
Regularly review and update operational processes.
