Hello, We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in South Indian cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques and flavor profiles. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, curries, and chutneys, ensuring authenticity, taste, and presentation. The South Indian Cook will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety standard. You must follow the rules, regulations and ethics, know how to work with team, and have the ability to lead the team. If you are coming from outside the city, we will arrange your accommodation.
