We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic South Indian Cook Assistant to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include assisting the South Indian Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes, such as dosas, idlis, vadas, and sambar, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate should have a passion for South Indian cuisine, basic knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment. No prior professional experience is required, but culinary education or training is preferred. Join us and gain valuable experience while contributing to the creation of delicious South Indian dishes for our guests.
