We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef who is an all rounder in Indian , Chinese and Kerala cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian , Kerala and Chinese culinary techniques and a and a passion for creating authentic and flavorful dishes. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation meet high standards, and contributing to the development of new recipes. The Sous Chef - plays a crucial role in maintaining the authenticity and excellence of our cuisine offerings.
