We are currently seeking a skilled and innovative Rolls Specialist to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a variety of rolls, including Indian rolls such as kathi rolls, masala dosa rolls, and other types of rolled foods from Indian cuisine. Responsibilities include creating and executing recipes for rolls, sourcing high-quality ingredients, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. The Rolls Specialist will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and providing training and guidance as needed.
