Location: Aamby Valley (Pune)
The Reservation Agent is responsible for managing guest bookings through various channels, ensuring accurate reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
This role involves handling inquiries, updating room availability, processing changes or cancellations, and collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
