We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the performance, efficiency, and profitability of our 12 QSR outlets and central kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between all outlets and the central kitchen, implement operational best practices, and drive high standards in food quality, customer service, hygiene, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations across all QSR outlets and the central kitchen.
Ensure outlets operate efficiently, maintain product quality, and adhere to SOPs.
Implement and monitor KPIs to drive performance and operational excellence.
Coordinate with central kitchen to ensure timely and quality supply to outlets.
2. People Management
Lead and mentor outlet managers, kitchen staff, and support teams.
Manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews for operations staff.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
3. Financial & Budget Control
Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability of all outlets.
Prepare and manage budgets, cost control, and inventory management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
4. Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards (FSSAI/local regulations).
Conduct regular audits across outlets and kitchen operations.
Maintain consistency in food quality and service across all locations.
5. Supply Chain & Logistics
Collaborate with procurement for efficient sourcing and supply chain management.
Oversee inventory management and wastage control in both outlets and central kitchen.
Optimize distribution routes from central kitchen to QSR locations.
6. Customer Experience
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and service metrics.
Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle escalations and resolve service or product-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.
15+years of experience in multi-unit QSR or food service operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in POS systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
