We are seeking a talented and passionate Italian - CDP to our Italian cuisine team at the restaurant. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and cooking of a variety of authentic Italian dishes, menu planning, ensuring food quality and consistency, and managing kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Italian cuisine, including pasta, risotto, pizza, and regional specialties. Previous experience as an Italian Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel is required. Strong leadership, creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences are essential for success in this position.
