We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Indian Chef - Commi 1 (Senior) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Indian cuisine, with a strong background in preparing a variety of authentic dishes. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, preparing and cooking Indian dishes according to recipes and standards, supervising and training junior kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines. The Indian Chef - Commi 1 (Senior) plays a key role in maintaining the authenticity and excellence of our Indian cuisine offerings while providing mentorship to junior team members.
