We are seeking a versatile and skilled Indian & Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Indian and Chinese cuisines, with a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques and flavor profiles from both regions. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, cooking a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes, ensuring authenticity, taste, and presentation. The Indian & Chinese Chef will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
