Job Description:

    Analyse and recommend best practices and technology in hospitality. Apply systems thinking to resolve problems and make decisions. Assess and review hospitality data. Come up with innovations for customer experience. Conduct presentation to senior management. Contribute to the design and development of a productivity framework. Develop self to maintain professional competence at senior management level. Directly manage crisis situations. Drive service quality and customer satisfaction. Lead managers to develop organisational and governance strategies. Manage and direct negotiations. Manage cross-functional and culturally diverse teams. Manage housekeeping department’s human resource. Manage asset and inventory. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Manage quality system and processes. Manage resource planning. Prepare budget for the business unit. Provide information for management to make decisions. Strive for service excellence to drive customer loyalty.
