We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Associate to join our team at the hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phone calls and emails, and handling guest inquiries and requests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Proficiency in using hotel management software and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.
