Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
1.Should be well dressed and clean shaved.
2.The candidate should have a smiling nature and should be able to handle guests with positive attitude even in heated situations.
3. Should not keep our guests waiting for any unnecessary reason
4. Should be able to perform and handle computer tasks with speed.
THE ROLE YOU WILL BE PLAYING:
1. Quickly address the issues faced by our guest and take immediate action accordingly.
2. Keeping track records for all the room related data.
3. Keeping update for all the room bookings,
4.Checking emails for guest enquiry,
5. Reporting seniors with necessary information.
ADDITIONAL : Meet Corporate guests and visit office with our team
Note: 10-11 hours of duty.
