We are looking for a talented Senior Commi 1 specializing in Continental cuisine to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of Continental dishes, supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, and assisting with menu development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Continental cuisine, strong culinary skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Previous experience as a Commi 1 or similar role in a professional kitchen environment is required.
