We are looking for a talented Senior Commi 1 specializing in global cuisine like Japanese, Italian , English, Goan mainly. to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of global dishes, supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, and assisting with menu development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in global cuisine, strong culinary skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Previous experience as a Commi 1 or similar role in a professional kitchen environment is required. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences are essential for success in this position.
