Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Bakery Chef who is skilled in both breads/baking and custom cakes, and can take charge of the daily operations of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the bakery production and ensure consistent product quality
Handle baking (breads, pastries, cookies etc.) + custom celebration cakes
Manage production planning, raw material usage and wastage control
Maintain hygiene & food safety standards in the kitchen
Innovate new products and seasonal specials
Track production costs and improve efficiency
Coordinate with management for scheduling, orders & inventory
Requirements:
8+ years of professional bakery experience
Expertise in custom cakes (fondant/custom designs is a plus)
Strong understanding of bakery production processes
Ability to manage bakery staff and delegate work
Good sense of cost control and consistency
Location: Bhiwadi (Delhi NCR)
Salary: 25,000 per month
Mode: Full-time, on-site
