Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. Transportation Services
o Provide safe and timely transport for guests to and from the resort, nearby attractions, airports, and other designated locations.
o Offer luggage assistance to guests upon arrival and departure.
o Drive staff and supplies as required, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery.
2. Guest Interaction
o Exhibit excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the local area.
o Answer guest inquiries about transportation, local attractions, and resort facilities.
3. Vehicle Maintenance
o Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition.
o Report any mechanical issues or required repairs promptly to the maintenance team.
o Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicles, both inside and out.
4. Compliance and Safety
o Adhere to all traffic laws, resort policies, and safety regulations.
o Ensure proper documentation is maintained for vehicles, including insurance and registration.
o Monitor fuel levels and arrange timely refueling of resort vehicles.
5. Support Resort Operations
o Assist in errands, deliveries, and other operational tasks as needed.
o Be flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Skills & Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting.
• License: Valid commercial/light vehicle driving license.
• Familiarity with local routes, landmarks, and traffic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns in a calm and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Multilingual abilities to assist international guests.
• First-aid certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy luggage.
• Comfortable driving for long hours and in varying weather conditions.
